Frank Rowe, Managing Partner

Frank is an executive leader and consultant with over twenty-five years of experience in the healthcare, professional services, telecommunications, higher education, and nonprofit sectors. As an entrepreneur and teambuilder, he is adept at improving organizational performance through a combination of assessment, consulting, team building, and executive coaching. His work with dozens of clients during his career, including Glaxo Smith Kline, AstraZeneca, Merck Millipore, UnitedHealthcare, MindBody Inc, and The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, gives Frank a unique and valuable perspective on corporate initiatives tied to culture, organizational performance, executive leadership, team building, and employee engagement.

Frank is also an Adjunct Professor at Drexel University, where he teaches undergraduate and graduate courses on leadership, strategic planning, team dynamics and organizational performance. He consistently receives high ratings from his students in subject knowledge and expertise, teaching skill, and course design.

As a competitive rower for 35 years, Frank enjoys pushing himself to see what he can achieve.  He brings the same discipline, focus and energy to his client projects, executive coaching, and student teaching.  Frank serves on the boards of several charitable organizations in the Philadelphia region and lives in Bryn Mawr with his wife Daphne.  

Tom Murray, Senior Advisor

Tom is a forward-thinking and results-driven strategy and transformation executive. He is distinguished for his leadership acumen, building great teams, impeccable execution, creating transparency and accountability, and improving performance at companies across a variety of industries. A highly effective coach, Tom has helped senior managers and C-suite executives achieve crucial objectives. He is skilled at establishing a cohesive vision, strategy, and execution plan. Tom is a certified executive coach whose approach draws upon a unique blend of three core experiences:

• Two-time Olympic and seven-time U.S. National Team member in the sport of rowing. A two-time World Champion, Tom understands what it takes to strive for excellence, set stretch goals, thrive under pressure, and establish high performing teams and environments. As a full-time rowing coaching at Cornell University, Tom successfully helped athletes realize their full potential and work together to achieve a common goal. Tom has leveraged the core competencies required to achieve excellence in sports and successfully applied them to the business world.

• Robust leadership and executive coaching training from his time at a UK-based performance development consultancy. In addition to establishing the firm’s North American office, Tom led the business development and finance functions. He designed development programs in areas of transformational leadership, coaching for performance and creating high-performing teams, each tailored to a broad base of clients. Tom has improved the performance of senior executives at various Fortune 500 companies through direct, senior-level executive coaching, targeted at increasing productivity and achievement of revenue goals.

• Fifteen years of senior-level corporate experience, most recently at a top-5 U.S. bank, as Senior Vice President / Director of Organizational Change within the Strategic Services Department. His leadership greatly increased the effectiveness and efficiency of large transformation initiatives through strong execution and governance as well as ensuring robust stakeholder engagement and adoption. Tom spearheaded a cultural evolution within a business unit of the bank with the goal of improving employee engagement. He achieved dramatic results in two years, taking the unit from last to first, as measured by Gallup.
